What is the cost of the tour?
The cost of the tour is $110 per person and includes pick up and drop off at one of our 6 central city
departure points.

What is included in the tour?
Included in the tour is city sightseeing with commentary along the way to various outlets, a minimum of 8-
10 outlets, a two course lunch (we cater for all types of dietary requirements), lots of bargains, lots of fun
and now a mystery seat prize on every tour with giveaways daily.

How do I go about booking to join one of the tours?
To join one of our Shopping Spree daily tours you can do one of the following. You can either book by
calling us at the office and one of our friendly staff will be able to take your booking over the phone or via
one of our many agents, like Qantas Holidays,Flight Centre, The Australian Outback Travel Group or
Viator.com or you can down load a booking form if it is for a group booking of 20 or more.

What is the availability to join one of your tours?
The tourist tours run from Monday through to Saturdays all through the year, excluding all public holidays.
However we do get very busy during September through to March, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Do I need to be in a group to be able to join one of your tours?
The good thing about our tourist tours is that even if you are traveling alone, or you just want a fun day out
shopping by yourself, you don’t need to be in a group to join us! We cater for everyone!

Do I need to confirm the booking to secure my place on the coach?
We do ask that you confirm the booking 24 hours prior to you tour, that way we can confirm your pick up
point and any information that we may need. You can confirm the booking by calling us at Shopping Spree
Tours on (03) 9596 6600.

What time does the tour start and finish?
The Tour begins around 8.30am depending on where your pick up point is and will finish at approximately
5.00pm where you will be delivered back to the hotel that you had been picked up from.

Where are the pick up points and how do I know where I will be picked up from?
Pick ups are allocated by us at the time of booking ( by Phone or email ) depending upon where you are
staying - as we don’t do each pick up point every day if not required. When booking direct with us we will
always inform you of the closest departure point depending upon where you are staying. (click the map link next to
each one for exact location).

What happens if we are not staying at any hotel in the city, but want to be a part of the tour?
Even if you are not staying in the city, you are more than welcome to join in the fun of one of our daily
tours! The more the merrier, we say! All you need to do is make your way to the city, and we will pick you
up from one of the 6 pick up points given to you at the time of booking depending on which is more
convenient for you to get to!

What is the itinerary for the day?
The itinerary for the day is not set until all passengers are on board the coach so as to allow the hostess to
take into account any specific purchases you may have, in which case she will always try and incorporate
this into the tour.

What sorts of outlets do we visit during the tour?
We have found over the 20 or so years we have been looking after visitors to Melbourne, passengers are
usually looking for fashions and shoes, handbags etc. Our tour is a fashion orientated tour visiting a
fantastic leather outlet (jackets, gloves, handbags, wallets etc), cosmetics, lingerie, fashion houses, shoes,
denim, jewellery & accessories, sportswear and many more -appealing to both men and women. We also do
certain outlets depending on the time of year Eg. Toys and gifts around Christmas. One thing you can be
assured of is you will definitely save money by shopping with us.

Is Lunch included?
Yes a delicious two course lunch is included and we cater for all different dietary requirements from
vegans, vegetarians, celiacs, etc with complimentary tea and coffee supplied at lunch.
